Death of A Northampton Man
Willard Houghton, 36, died at his home on Clark avenue, Northampton, last evening, after an illness of several weeks. Mr Houghton moved to Northampton from Leeds and had been employed a number of years by W H Smith, the grain dealer. He leaves a widow and two sisters, Mrs S L Bolter of Leeds and Mrs Henry Douglass of Northampton. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon.

George W. Houghton, 68. of 21 South Main St., Newtown, Conn., formerly of Springfield and Longmeadow, died suddenly of a heart attack, last Wednesday in his home. He was the husband of Ada (Winkler) Houghton who formerly lived in Holyoke. A native of Chicopee, Mr. Houghton was an insurance and real estate broker in Newton. He formerly was engaged in the same business in Springfield priori to moving to Newtown about ten years ago. Besides his wife, he leaves two] sons, George Jr. of Newtown and William of Haddonfield. N. J., and, a sister, Miss Esther Houghton of Daytona Beach, Fla.
