Vincent was born in Qormi, Malta. He was one of 12 children. He was in the Air Force during World War II from 1943 to 1948. He moved to America in 1952. Vince was predeceased by his wife Pauline Zarb. He was a loving step-father to Percy Schembri (Deceased) and his wife Diane and a grandfather to his step-grandson Dean in Australia. He was a devoted companion to Cacilia Felix, and a wonderful Uncle and brother-in-law to many here in America, Australia and Malta. He was also a member of the Maltese American Social Club in South San Francisco.¹
