HOUGHTON — Dorothy "Smith" Houghton, aged 88. of Redford. MI. passed away Monday. November 7, 1994. She was the daughter of Guy and Anna Smith, bom June 19.1906 at Bowne Center. MI. She attended Bowne Center School and graduated from South High School in 1924. She taught at Lowell Country School for four years, starting in 1924. She married Howard Houghton August 26. 1927. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Roth-Gerst Chapel. Rev. Todd Thompson officiating. Visitation Wednesday 4 to 9. Interment Bowne Center Cemetery.
