Edna lived in Lakeland since 1946, after graduating from Stetson University in Deland. She taught business education at Mulberry High School. Several years later, she was employed as an executive secretary at International Mineral and Chemical Corporation for 41 years. Edna was a member of United Methodist Temple and resided at The Estates at Carpenters in Lakeland, FL. She is survived by her nephew, James R. Houghton (Gail); her niece, Mrs. Leonard Houghton and her children, Melissa, Selina, Jessica and Lenny Houghton. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 9:00 am at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 S. William Washington Haughton, 84, of 11021 North Q St., died Thursday morning in a local hospital after a long illness.He was a native of Alabama, but had
resided here the last 20 years. He was a member of the Brownsville Baptist Church and the Bio Brothers Sunday School Class.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Anna Lee Haughton of Pensacola; a daughter, Mrs. Louise Thorpe of Pensacola; two sons, Stinson (Bill) Haughton of Pensa-
cola and Glen Haughton of Antlgua British West Indies; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchlldren.

He was a member of the Baptist church and was a civil service employee at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Hazel M. Houghton of Pensacola; two sons, William M. Houghton of Hampton. Va._# and Robert W. Houghton of Pensacola; and a orandson, Robert W. Houghton Jr. of Pensacola. Burial will be in Bayvlew Memorial Park
