Albert was born in a small town called Sliema on the island of Malta. At the age of 6 his family .traveled to America settling first in Brooklyn, NY and then shortly after in San Francisco, California. Albert was a natural entrepreneur and continued his business career for over 30 years in the bay area as well as Merced, California. He was an active member in the community, a member of the Italo lodge, a devoted Roman Catholic and avid supporter of youth sports. Albert passed peacefully surrounded by family members.
He is preceded in death by his mother Antoinette Gutierrez, father Victor Brincat, brothers Arthur and Edward Brincat. He is survived by his older sister Yvonne Banchero (Bob) of Danville, CA and youngest brother Edgar Brincat and step-father Juan Gutierrez. He is also survived by his 3 children: Catrina Flores (Rudy), Albert Brincat Jr. and Timothy Brincat and his 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

     Antoinette Zahra was born on 23 October 1921 in Sliema, Malta. She married Victor Francis Brincat, son of Salvatore Brincat and Carmela Mallia, on 24 July 1940 at Malta. Antoinette Zahra and Victor Francis Brincat were separated before in November 1950. Antoinette Zahra married (?) Gutierrez.
